Our History
In the late 1960’s David Duckworth made a bold move to leave his signwriting apprenticeship on day one to work for himself.
With a loan from his mother, he bought a window cleaning round and quickly expanded into business cleaning services, founding David Duckworth General Cleaners. Rebranded as Cleanbright in 1983, the company grew steadily. Now led by David’s daughter Sarah and her husband Andrew, Cleanbright combines decades of expertise with a fresh vision, delivering tailored cleaning solutions across Lancashire and the Northwest.
